The Wizard of Oz (1939)
It used to scare the crap out of me when I was a little kid. There was nothing more terrifying than the Wicked Witch (and the munchkins!) but oh my goodness, I’m so glad I got over it and allowed myself to fall madly in love with every single scene. This is the perfect example of the greatest cast ever assembled for a musical. They make this film flawless. It’s just…it’s the best. It’s the very best, and it will be appreciated and adored until the end of time.
